Runes are magical symbols that were used by people in the pre-Christian era. Through runic signs, they transformed themselves and influenced the world around them. According to the ancient magical methodology used by the Menshikova School in its runic training, each rune is integrated into a person’s consciousness in accordance with the arrangement of the subtle bodies. (The structure and placement of the subtle bodies within human consciousness are introduced during the first two courses of the Main Department).
To support students studying remotely (self-paced study), we have created visual 3D rune models designed to assist attunement during meditation practices when integrating the runes.
