School Talks
School Talks are meetings in the form of discussions on specific topics. School Talks are led by a Mentor of the Menshikova School who will answer previously submitted questions as well as questions that are asked during the meeting.
Advance registration is required for participation. In order to participate in School Talks submit your request via the Schedule along with your pre-prepared questions to the Mentor related to the topic.
You can send your pre-prepared questions related to the topic of the School Talks in the registration form, or ask questions directly to the Mentor during the meeting.
Admission: no prerequisites required. Everyone is allowed to join School Talks, there are no restrictions.
Participation is free of charge
In order to join the meeting you must have a Google account. After clicking the link to the group, you should turn off your camera and microphone, and then click “join”.
Club Sessions
Club sessions are additional free lessons that allow you to reinforce the skills you have learnt in the courses and seminars. Here you can ask questions and get answers from the Mentor.
Club sessions are held on the following topics:
1st Main course – working with attention and sensations
Admission: completion of the 4 basic lessons of the 1st Main course
2nd Main course – the сleansing of the Astral body
Admission: completion of the 4 basic lessons of the 2nd Main course
3rd Main course – working with the key words and concepts using the methods of the 3rd course
Admission: completion of the 3 basic lessons of the 3rd Main course
The duration of each session is 1,5-2 hours.
Club sessions are only available to Menshikova School students! Participation is free of charge.

About the Menshikova School
