Education at the Menshikova School begins with this foundational course — the Etheric Body, the body of sensations. Sensation is the primary tool through which a human being receives information about the external world.

The Etheric Body accumulates energy, condenses and structures it, and enriches it with specific markers—so that consciousness may function as the highest governing authority: the center of decision-making, the organ that justifies and directs action.
Through sensation, the body safeguards itself, preserves health, and maintains a stable energetic reserve.
As a result of this course, you will gain:
