How to diagnose the presence of a lodged entity?
‘How do I know if I have an entity lodged in me? As soon as I started meditating, I had cramps in my stomach, so severe that I could bend my whole body. I started using mantras and they helped me. Later I was told that it was probably possession. I don’t have these cramps anymore, but I want to understand what’s going on. I also have a constant feeling of heaviness from my feet to my knees when I practice, which doesn’t go away. I’ve been practicing the 1st main course for about a year.’
Usually possession manifests itself in a slightly different way. It takes over your consciousness and works not only on your feelings, but also on your thinking, your world view, your relationships with other people, because possession is a lodged entity. Its main task is to take over your consciousness, not just to feed off your energy structure. You may have a strong emotional or energy-informational etheric damage. It is like an old wound that has healed. But when the blood flow increases, it starts to hurt again. It didn’t bother you as long as you didn’t pay attention to it, but as soon as you paid attention to it, that is, put a little more energy into it, it started to hurt. It could be exactly that sort of effect.
This effect disappears with the energy-informational practices, the work with the vital rhythm and the energy-informational currents, which we practice in the 1st Course, and with the cleansing of the Astral body. As for the heaviness in the legs, this is also due to the fact that the channels are somewhat blocked. The channels through which the energy of the earth flows are quite dense and heavy, and when they are blocked it causes swelling in the legs. This also disappears with practice.
Maybe you just need a massage to release muscle blockages, maybe you have accumulated lactic acid in your calf muscles and need to go to a special massage or sauna and give your body some extra relief through heat, through compresses. In time, these effects will go away.
Don’t frighten yourself and don’t let others frighten you by using such terms as ‘possession’ and ‘lodged entity’. This is a very serious burden on the consciousness, a very serious damage, and if a person is possessed or has a lodged entity, he will feel it immediately, his personality and character will change.
Most likely an entity will not allow him to do energy practices. This is because energy practices are harmful to a lodged entity, they threaten its existence in that energy body. So it will do everything possible for you not to do it. And because you are doing the practices, it’s not an entity, don’t be frightened. It’s an old Astral or Etheric blockage. Probably some kind of fright, some kind of insult associated with emotional shock. Probably an old evil eye that you have not been able to deal with in time and it has penetrated quite deeply. Just work according to the methodology.
