Extrasensory Perception of Reality – Learning to See and Feel


How can one learn to see and feel the Etheric body and energy channels? How can one learn to read information about material and non-material objects?

This can only be learnt through practice. Such an ability of extrasensory perception of reality, both material and non-material, is similar to the expression of any talent that can manifest in a person. Some people are lucky enough to be born with it, and they start showing it without learning anything. But some people are not lucky enough to be born with great talent, and they have to learn everything.

It is the same with extrasensory perception of the world, some are lucky and some are unlucky to have it, it all depends on the environment in which a person is born. It is like playing the violin, practicing the scales from morning till night, mastering the right position of the fingers, developing certain specific techniques before playing the instrument like a virtuoso. In the same way, learning to see, learning to feel, involves many hours of daily practice that cannot be avoided.

You have to spend hours looking at yourself in the mirror, trying to see your own aura, practicing feeling the Etheric body, standing up in the Etheric body, walking in the Etheric body, shifting consciousness in the Etheric body. You have to do hours and hours of meditative practice, every free minute connecting with the etheric bodies of natural objects. It takes practice and exercise, training and discipline. And there is no other way, unfortunately.

There are, of course, techniques for instantaneously shifting the assemblage point that change perception through certain substances, but I do not recommend this method to anyone because the effects of the substances are very harmful. They affect the physical body, and the assemblage point, which helps to perceive the surrounding reality in a different way, falls rapidly to where it was, or even lower, suppressing the person, bringing him into a state of deepest depression, forming a complex of panic attacks. So train gradually, a little at a time, but every day. That will be the key to success.
