Peculiarities of working with the energy of human consciousness
‘At the Chakral Breathing seminar, it was said that as much energy of earth and information of atman comes in, as much should come out of a person and be processed by him. Is this fair? Why doesn’t a person have the right to keep some of this energy and information?’
It is fair because a person gets the effects of combining the energy of earth and atman. Because that effect creates something third and that something is just what a person gets. Revelation, insight, mindfulness, strength, will, well-being. It’s as if a woman who has conceived a child would say, “Is it fair that I don’t leave a part of the male biological power inside me, it’s not fair”, approximately in the same way.
This example is given because the union of heaven and earth in our physical manifestation is analogous to the union of male and female. What if a man were to say: “It’s not fair that a woman has a million eggs from birth and I have to produce my sperm literally every day, eat a lot, move a lot. Let me take a piece of a woman, let me have a set of eggs too, maybe it will come in handy.” But it’s just nonsense. And the child that is born of the mating process is a manifestation of both man and woman equally, and is their heritage. And it’s fair. You shouldn’t get offended at nature, it’s more reasonable than we are.
‘Could you explain the general principles of meditation for preschool children, where to start, how long to meditate, which meditations can be done, and which ones should not be done?’
For children of preschool age it is better to conduct meditations little by little, in a playful manner. Start first with energy gloves on the hands, then work with the etheric eyes (the physical ones are closed), and let them open their inner, second eyes and see what they can see, then let them try to feel the surrounding space with the etheric hand. Children should be given this as a game, and then they will develop this ability in themselves and simply not be afraid. Why are these abilities closed? Because we were afraid, afraid of our own manifestations, sometimes we were scolded, everyone has a personal memory of that. That’s why, in many ways, the abilities have been closed out of fear. And if a child is not afraid, there is no point in closing those abilities. Children are generally more talented and capable than adults. We are the ones who have to start from scratch, and they just show what is fresh in them.
