The Menshikova School was created for those who seek sacred knowledge and strive to step beyond the boundaries of the ordinary — for curious, thoughtful individuals who wish to unlock their innate potential.
We work within the Western European tradition built on the interaction with the four fundamental elements, a tradition commonly referred to in our era as the “Druidic school.”
At the School, students gain access to knowledge of the magical interplay of elemental forces, the ancient magic of the Runes, and the Tarot system. All of this is intended to transform consciousness and shape a true magical worldview.
The school consists of 5 departments focusing on different disciplines:
- MAIN DEPARTMENT: “Liberation of Consciousness”
- RUNES DEPARTMENT
- ELEMENTS DEPARTMENT
- TAROT DEPARTMENT
- AD LIB DEPARTMENT
The purpose of each department is to reveal and develop magical abilities in accordance with each student’s individual nature.
Magical consciousness is not a “gift from above,” but the result of deliberate self-transformation through will and reason. Only those who possess both can truly become a mage.

Ksenia Menshikova
The founder and head of the School, as well as the author of numerous books on the development of magical abilities.
Ksenia Menshikova does not offer personal consultations — to anyone, ever. All questions may be asked on the School forum, which is continuously supervised by the mentors.

Alla Nyachuya
Mentor of the following departments: “Liberation of Consciousness” (courses 1–6), Runes (years 1–3 of study), Elements (years 1–3 of study), Ad Lib (GTM Literature, GTM Magical Keys of the City).
She also leads travel Mysteries and Practicums, as well as the Wheel of the Year celebrations.
Tatyana Sidelnikova
Mentor of the Main Department “Liberation of Consciousness” (courses 1–5), the Tarot Department, and the Elements Department (1st course: The Power of the Elements).
She also teaches in the Ad Lib Department (Parental Programs, Power of the Bloodline, Adequate Energy Exchange, Goals and Values, and GTM — The Laws of Magic) and leads practicums and club sessions.
Petr Åberg
Mentor of the Main Department “Liberation of Consciousness” (courses 1–4), Ad Libitum (GTM: Magical Keys in Literature, Adequate Energy Exchange), as well as various practicums and club sessions conducted according to the Menshikova School’s methods.
