Club sessions are additional free lessons that allow you to reinforce the skills you have learnt in the courses and seminars. Here you can ask questions and get answers from the Mentor.
Club sessions are held on the following topics:
1st Main course – working with attention and sensations
Admission: completion of the 4 basic lessons of the 1st Main course
The duration of each session is 2 hours.
Club sessions are only available to Menshikova School students! Participation is free of charge.
