The sequence of seminars in the 1st Main course

This guide is intended for students who have learned the materials of the 1st Main Course at the Menshikova School. It contains practical recommendations and a set of exercises to improve the skills of managing and strengthening one’s energy.

Below, you will find exercises for the development of the concentration of attention and attentiveness, for strengthening the sensitivity of the Etheric body: they should be performed regularly, daily or several times a week, for 5-15 minutes, tracking the dynamics of changes, recording it in your diary entries. Exercises and their number for work are chosen arbitrarily; it depends on what kind of skill you need to develop. It is important to remember that a large number of exercises does not automatically give more skill. It is better to do a smaller amount but of higher quality.
In addition, here you will find the text of basic meditation on harmonizing the subtle bodies: entering the basic state is a primary skill that is essential for all further work. This meditation should be practiced for at least 21 consecutive days (without breaks; if one or more
days are missed, you should start counting the days again). That builds a steady ability to enter the basic state when you need it quickly. In the future, this meditation can be practiced as often as you like. It will not harm, but on the contrary, will help to accustom the mind to be in harmony with the structure of the soul.

You can always master these and other exercises (spine cleansing, chakral breathing) and ask the mentor questions at the Club sessions for the 1st Main Course (information about the classes is reflected in the Schedule section on the School’s website).

Work with attention and sensations


Exercise 1. Focus your attention on one point: first, on a plane, isolating yourself from the rest of the world beyond this point until you have a feeling of interaction with it. Then, you can try this exercise in a space, focusing on some three-dimensional object.

Exercise 2. Decompose the complex into the simple (up to the point of absurdity). Smell, taste, melody, phrase – what they consist of. 

Exercise 3. Focus on any object in front of you. Then, add one object to the right and left of the center object in your field of attention until you have covered as much as possible of what is in your field of vision. This exercise contributes to the formation of spherical attention.

Exercise 4. Observe the movement and location of multiple objects in space simultaneously.

Exercise 5. Receive information from several sources simultaneously: watch TV without sound and listen to the radio.

Exercise 6. Look at holographic pictures and try to keep your attention on the whole set of images that make up the whole.

Exercise 7. Focus on things that don’t normally get attention: 
– not on an object, but on its shadow; 
– see the crown of the tree not from the branches and leaves but from the gaps between them;
– on the TV screen, avoid fixating on those details and pictures that the director emphasizes, distributing attention to the edges of the frame.

Exercise 8. Close your eyes and imagine a black letter A on a white background. Keep this image in front of you. If the letter changes its shape, floats away, or disappears – return it to its former place and shape.

Exercise 9. Touch diverse surfaces with your etheric hand: a window glass, a table, a book, a door handle. Observe your sensations.

Exercise 10. Focus your attention on any homogeneous object (a glass, a wall, an apple, a plant leaf, a closet door, a figurine). Connect with it with your Etheric body as if you want to enter it. Feel the shape of this object, its structure.

Exercise 11. Fold your Etheric body into a spot, moving smoothly to the body’s center of gravity. Then, unfold it, filling the entire volume of the room with your Etheric body. Return to the regular size of the Etheric body.

Exercise 12. Direct your attention to the window. Explore the surface of the glass. Pass the ray of attention through the glass, bypassing the yard, houses, trees, the whole city, up to the outskirts. Observe how the sensations change as you go along, and compare the dense urban space with the free, uninhabited space.

Exercise 13. Changing sensations with the help of attention.
– Focus your attention on the tip of your tongue. Slowly move your attention from the tip of your tongue to the base of your tongue. Observe how the sensation changes. 
– Focus your attention on any sound you hear all the time (the sound of the refrigerator, computer, birds chirping, wind, or rain). Concentrate on it. Observe how your perception of other sounds around you has changed. Close your eyes and keep observing the highlighted sound against the background of the others. What is the difference in the perception of sound with your eyes open and closed

Exercise 14. Filling the Etheric body with sensations (you can choose diverse parts of the exercise to perform).
Evenly parse attention over the whole volume of the Etheric body. 
– On your inner screen, see a bright white color and fill the Etheric body with it. How does it feel?
Change the color to red. How do the sensations change?
– On your inner screen, see a lemon, cut it, and cause a sensation of lemon juice in your mouth. 
– Imagine that you are sitting on the seashore. Listen to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. 
– On your inner screen, see the image of a rose. What does it look like? Smell the rose; what sensations does the smell evoke?
– On your inner screen, see the image of an apple. Take its shape – what is your peel like? What is your color, taste, and scent? Are you soft or hard? Can you be broken in half with your hands? You are lying on a windowsill, and sunlight is coming through the window onto your side. Feel it Come back into your body.

The Matrix Tool

The matrix tool represents an outward projection of subtle bodies. It is a cast of consciousness.
It is made for each person individually according to specially developed technology. It allows you to instantly enter the basic state without attracting active attention.

By activating certain subtle bodies with the help of the Matrix tool, you can correct your psycho-emotional state depending on specific tasks.
The Matrix tool helps eliminate negative energy vibrations, the effects of stressful situations,psycho-emotional tension, and much more.
Charging of the Matrix tool with vibrations of all levels of consciousness takes place from the basic state “I Am”.

Accordingly, the subsequent use of the Matrix instantly adjusts all subtle bodies to the vibrations of the basic state and vital rhythm.


Safety Rules.

Do not allow anyone to touch your Matrix tool! The touch of another person is an interference in your consciousness. Keep it separate from any other objects and jewelry. If someone has touched the Matrix, it is enough to recharge it (go through the practice of the 4th
day again).


Possibilities of Using.

The vital rhythm is the basic vibration of the physical body. It is the vibration of life. In order to excite this vibration in one’s body and соnssiоuѕpes, it is enough to take the Matrix tool in one’s hand and concentrate on the received sensations for a few seconds.
To enter the basic state, hold the Matrix tool in one hand with the combination 1+8.
To increase the density of the Etheric body, hold the Matrix with the combination (1+8)+3. It is used to augment the Etheric body and increase work efficiency in the etheric plane.
To remove emotional tension and to activate the Astral body, hold the Matrix with the combination (1+8)+4. It is used when it is necessary to activate the Astral body, including work on correcting astral marks.
To activate the Mental body, hold the Matrix with the combination (1+8)+5. It strengthens the ability to assimilate and process information. It is used when working with the Mental body, setting goals, and working with intention.
To activate the Causal body, hold the Matrix with the combination (1+8) + 6. It is used when working with the karmic chains and activates experience.
To activate the Buddhic body, hold the Matrix with the combination (1+8) +7. It activates a person’s true values and awareness of connection with egregorial structures.
To increase the tone of the physical body, use the Matrix with the combination (1+8) + (2+3). It is used when restoring physical well-being and recovering from an illness is needed.
To identify the cause of the psychosomatic diseases, use the Matrix with the combination (1+8)+ (3+4). It is used to identify the connection between emotion and illness. Concentrate on sensations in the body in the area of the manifested illness and let the emotion, which is the cause of this illness, manifest itself.
To realize the true cause of the arisen emotion, use the Matrix with the combination (1+8) +(4+5). It is used when it is necessary to realize an emotion that manifests very strongly and fills the entire consciousness. Activation of the Mental and Astral bodies helps to establish a strict connection between the emotion and its description.

If it is necessary to activate the situation in memories, the Causal body should be connected through the combination (1+8)+ (4+5+6).

 

Exercises on the ability to see the aura (Etheric body)
These skills are formed more easily when the ability to focus attention is well-developed. In all exercises, it is necessary to unfocus the vision slightly, i.e., to look not directly at the object but as if behind it.
Before learning to distinguish the colored part of the aura, it is necessary to see the Etheric body.


Exercise 1. Raise any hand upwards like pupils at school.
Shape your hand into a fist, leaving the index finger in the same position. Now bend and straighten your index finger, changing the pace – slowly, quickly. At some moment, you will see a transparent white plume stretching behind your finger – this is the Etheric body. It is better to see the etheric trace on a dark background; however, when practicing the skill, you can see the etheric contour on any background.

Exercise 2. Now, you can complicate the task and set a goal – to see the etheric contour in the mirror. Approach the mirror in good light, and make any movements in front of it – raise and lower your hands, tilt your head, etc. Soon, you will see a transparent haze stretching behind your hands – this is the Etheric body. And after some time, you will notice that you can see the etheric shell in other people.

Exercise 3. Vision of colored aura: You will need a white background and a mirror for this practice. You need to place the mirror so that the white background is reflected in it. It can be a wall of white color or a white cloth without patterns. Stand against the wall in front of the mirror and look not at yourself but at the background. Shake your head from side to side, move your body, and keep looking at the background in the mirror. After a while, you will be able to notice that a colored shell has appeared: it will move with your body. 


Basic Meditation


We begin to focus our attention on breathing. We feel the movement of our rib cage. We observe the rhythm and rate of our breathing. With every breathing motion, we dive deeper into the realm of our sensations. Without losing focus on breathing, we shift part of our attention to the heart. We observe the rhythm of our beating heart, its pulsation, its vibration.
We try to hold the two rhythms together – both the breathing and the beating of the heart.
With another part of our attention, we move to the tailbone, the very base of the spine. Out of all bodily sensations, we focus solely on the vibration of the wave that makes its way up the vertebral column. It reaches the base of the skull and moves back down.
The breathing, heartbeat, and wave merge into one single vital rhythm. 
We shift our attention into the tips of our toes. And we begin to fill with attention and vital rhythm our toes and feet. We feel and sense how they get heavier, denser, and seemingly bigger in size. We pull our attention higher, permeating with attention and vital rhythm our ankle joint, calf muscles, and the entire volume of the lower leg.  
We feel and sense the strength, denseness, volume, and fullness of our physical legs up to the knee. We pull our attention higher, and we soak with the vital rhythm the knee cap, the knee joint, as well as the thighs. We are filling ourselves from the inside with attention and vital vibration.

We pull our attention even higher, and we permeate the pelvic joint, the lower belly, the groin, the glutes, and the entirety of the pelvis with attention and the vital rhythm.  We pull our attention even higher. The diaphragm and lower back, the rib cage, and the spine.
We pull our attention higher. We soak with the vital rhythm, the shoulder girdle, and the shoulder joints. And our arms, in their entirety, from the shoulder joint to the elbow; and from the elbow to the wrists and the hands. 
We feel and sense how the vital rhythm is beating and pulsating in our palms, how it trembles in the fingertips. And we pull our attention even higher. We permeate the neck, in its entirety, the face, and the head with the vital rhythm. 
And now, the entire physical body, from the tips of the toes to the crown of the head, is filled with attention and vital rhythm. We feel ourselves in volume; we feel ourselves as a whole. 
We strive to sense ourselves as a single vibration, a single pulsation. And we enter the base state I Am as I Am. And as soon as the vibration of these words echoes in our consciousness, the axis of consciousness I am as I am is engendered within us. 
The currents of vitality and creation intensify. The vibration of the axis I am as I am becomes stronger. 

Two currents, by reinforcing each other in every instant, with every breathing motion, make the axis of consciousness I am as I am even stronger and more pronounced. We observe it along infinity, its entire length from infinity above to infinity below. From infinity below to infinity above. We sense the axis, sense the currents, and begin the harmonization of our subtle bodies from the base state I Am As I Am.
Shift the focus of our attention to the second chakra, Svadhisthana, in the lower belly. And as if taking a step forward, we shift the focus of our attention into the realm of the Etheric body, the body of sensations.  The attention redirects the currents of the vital and creative
energy to that area of consciousness, saturating the Etheric body with the energies of earth and sky, the base state I Am As I Am. It gets more capacious, stronger, and more saturated.

We shift our attention back to the axis. Intensify the currents of vitality and creation and raise the focus of attention along the axis to the solar plexus, the Manipura chakra. And as if taking a step forward, we shift the focus of our attention into the realm of the Astral body, the body of emotions and desires. The attention redirects the currents of the vital and creative energy to that area of consciousness, saturating the Astral body with energies of earth and the sky, the base state I Am As I Am. All the day’s worries, troubles, expectations, and
anxieties go away. The emotional tone balances out.

We shift our attention back to the axis. Intensify the currents of vitality and creation and raise the focus of attention along the axis to the heart chakra Anahata.  And as if taking a step forward, we shift the focus of our attention into the realm of the Mental body, the body of thoughts and views of the world. The attention redirects the currents of the vital and creative energy to that area of consciousness, saturating the Mental body with energies of earth and the sky, the base state I Am As I Am. Thought fragments disappear. The inner dialogue gets turned off. The energy inthe Mental body flows freely and evenly without any interruptions.

We shift our attention back to the axis and raise the focus of attention along the axis to the throat chakra Vishudha. And as if taking a step forward, we shift the focus of our attention into the realm of the Causal body, the body of experience, of rules, the body of cause and effect, the body of karma. The attention redirects the currents of the vital and creative energy to that area of consciousness, saturating the Causal body with energies of earth and the sky, the base state I Am As I Am.  And in that instance, the sequences of cause and effect connections, in the here and now, are rewritten and recounted according to the law of I Am As I Am.

We shift our attention back to the axis. Intensify the currents of vitality and creation and raise the focus of attention along the axis to the Ajna chakra, the area between the eyebrows. And as if taking a step forward, take the focus of our attention into the realm of the Buddhic body, the body of values and beliefs, the body of moral and ethical norms. The attention redirects the currents of the vital and creative energy to that area of consciousness, saturating the Buddhic body with energies of earth and the sky, the base state I Am As I Am. And in that instance, values and beliefs that belong personally to us come to the forefront, and those that are embedded, added, and imposed from the outside are being moved to the background.

We shift our attention back to the axis and raise the focus of attention along the axis to the crown chakra – Sahasrara.  And once we highlight it with attention, it opens up like a chalice towards a crystal clear stream, carrying clarity and awareness. This current traverses all the subtle bodies, enriching them informationally as if cleaning every cell in the body with its crystal clear transparency and purity. It is as if it’s washing away from every cell in the body everything that is unneeded and extraneous, harmful and superficial. We let this current pass through the soles of our feet as well as through the first chakra, and we give it to earth. In turn, we receive from earth an even mightier influx of power, energy, and life.

Two currents, by reinforcing each other in every instant, with every breathing motion, make the axis of consciousness I am as I am even stronger and more pronounced. We observe it along infinity, its entire length from infinity above to infinity below. From infinity below to infinity above.
