Working with Habits
Causal body
The seminar of the 4th course. Causal Body.
In this seminar students will become aware of their habits and break the karmic chains that are based on them.
This work is both hard and easy. The hardest part is recognising the first three habits, but after that it goes like clockwork. After all, one habit is the cause of another, which is the cause of the next. All habits are connected with each other by an energy-informational web. And if this web becomes rigid enough, then a person’s destiny is predetermined.
As the saying goes: “Actions create habits, habits create character, character creates destiny”.
The importance of being aware of one’s habits becomes especially important when we understand how human consciousness works and how implanted and acquired programs affect it. All in all, each habit is nothing more than an automatic action program that is triggered “by default”. Becoming aware of your habits is indeed a very important step in the process of changing your destiny and rewriting your karma.
Where are the bases of habits? They are between the Causal body and the Mental body.
These are very energy saturated formations that cause the energy of thought and desire to flow in only one direction and therefore produce a very predictable, very understandable result. A person with habits gets this result, which forms the basis of his further actions, and this result is (already!) prescribed in his event-based field.
By pulling one string, we begin to transform the whole web. We reduce the rigidity of fate and, of course, eventually dismantle it altogether.
