The Main Department of the Menshikova School “Liberation of Consciousness”

The Main Department

The Main Department “Liberation of Consciousness” is the foundational department of the Menshikova School. Here, students acquire primary skills in energy management, study the structure of consciousness, and learn to work within both the energetic and informational fields.

Without complete mastery of one’s own mind, further progress along the path of magical self-transformation is impossible.

At this stage, a transformation of one’s energetic and informational structure takes place. Moving from the simple to the complex, students develop the ability to work with each layer of consciousness, discovering their original essence and their purpose in this world.

The Structure of Human Consciousness

Human consciousness consists of seven subtle bodies (levels of consciousness):

Physical Body — the first level of consciousness, the material carrier of the entire system.

The Etheric Body – the second level of consciousness, the body of sensations. It corresponds to the first course of the Main Department. Training begins precisely at this level. Work with the etheric body results in increased energy, heightened sensitivity, and the restoration of health. It is here that the foundation is laid for further study in the advanced courses. The Astral Body – the third level of consciousness, the body of emotions, fears, desires, and dreams. It corresponds to the second course of the Main Department. The work undertaken in this course is aimed at liberating consciousness from outdated fears, emotions, unfulfilled desires, and the programs formed on their basis that obstruct its functioning. The quality of work at this level determines one’s capacity to assimilate a substantial body of knowledge in subsequent courses: the Elements, Runes, and Tarot. Read more⇒

The Mental Body – the fourth level of consciousness, the sphere of thoughts, words, concepts, and behavioral models. Taken together, these form a person’s “worldview.” In our school, this corresponds to the third course of the Main Department. The third course is designed to expand mental boundaries, develop memory and speech, cultivate mastery over the spoken word, and foster the skill of setting goals clearly and achieving them efficiently. The Causal Body – the fifth level of consciousness, the body of karma and cause-and-effect relationships. It corresponds to the fourth course of the Main Department. Beginning with this course, work with the superconscious mind commences. Students analyze experience and the causal connections underlying the formation of events. The Law of Karma is studied, and a formula for shaping future events is developed. As a result of this work, students gain the opportunity to increase their existential volume (EV), recover “forgotten experience,” and rewrite karmic programs that determine destiny. Read more⇒

The Buddhic Body – the sixth level of consciousness, the body of values and beliefs, moral and ethical principles. It is the level of egregorial connections and the formation of the Personal Egregore. It corresponds to the fifth course of the Main Department. At this level resides the “control center” governing all processes that unfold within consciousness. The functioning of the entire system of consciousness depends upon how the Buddhic Body is formed. All life values are encoded here; all beliefs and priorities are reflected within it. Read more⇒

Currents of Forces – corresponds to the sixth course of the Main Department. In this course, students identify their source of power, study the principles and laws governing the distribution of forces, and integrate currents of forces into the already established Personal Egregore. As a result, students master techniques for managing these currents of forces, conducting them through their own system, and learn to redirect them while introducing new ideas into the collective informational field. The Atmic Body – the seventh level of consciousness. It is the informational level, representing connection to the universal informational channel. It corresponds to the seventh course of the Main Department.

This stage involves an in-depth study of myths and legends, as well as the technology of immersing consciousness into various pantheons and religions, and journeying through other worlds. The course resonates with the program General Theory of Magic. However, while the General Theory of Magic focuses solely on theory, this level is dedicated exclusively to practice—since by this stage, the theoretical foundation is expected to have already been fully mastered.
