Recommended Sequence of Study

The education system at the Menshikova School offers several learning formats: online group classes with a mentor, self-paced study using recorded materials, or a combination of both. Each student may choose the format and pace of learning that best suits their needs. Each department and each course follows its own set of rules, defined by the methodology. Therefore, before placing an order or enrolling in a course, please carefully review the learning requirements specific to that course or department.

Every course begins with the Basic Classes, where foundational methods and core concepts are introduced. The education structure is intentionally organized step by step—from simple to more complex—so it is important to follow the recommended sequence in order to achieve stable, long-term results.

THE MAIN DEPARTMENT

The 1st Course of the Main Department “Liberation of Consciousness” – The Etheric Body consists of 8 steps:

  • Step 1: Basic Course – 4 days
  • Step 2: Augmentation of the Etheric Body
  • Step 3: Correction of the Prenatal Development
  • Step 4: Chakral Breathing
  • Step 5: Energy Damages. Diagnostics, Correction, and Prevention
  • Step 6: Money-1. Energetic Prosperity Levels
  • Step 7: Health Through the Power of the Elements
  • Step 8:  The Power of the Totem

The 2nd Course of the Main Department “Liberation of Consciousness” – The Astral Body consists of 7 steps:

  • Step 1: Basic Course – 4 days
  • Step 2: Diagnostics and correction of the Astral Body damage (cleansing of the Astral Body from age 0 to your current age — minimum 3 times)
  • Step 3: Specific cleansing of the Astral Body by various topics
  • Step 4: Emotional Hygiene. Emotional Meditation Technique
  • Step 5: Money-2. Fear of money
  • Step 6: Dreams. Astral Projection
  • Step 7: Astral Interactions (available online only, according to the schedule)

The 3rd course of the Main Department “Liberation of Consciousness” – The Mental Body consists of 6 steps:

  • Step 1: Basic Course – 3 days
  • Step 2: Dismantling of rigid mental constructs
  • Step 3: Connection between thinking and behavioral patterns
  • Step 4: The mind as a mirror of the inner world
  • Step 5: Money-3. Mental constructs
  • Step 6: Mental realm

The 4th course of the Main Department “Liberation of Consciousness” – The Causal Body consists of 9 steps:

  • Step 1: Basic Course – 3 days
  • Step 2: Anti-karmic program
  • Step 3: Life paths consolidation
  • Step 4: Negative situations as a resource
  • Step 5: Working with habits
  • Step 6: Working with time
  • Step 7: Formation of positive and landmark events
  • Step 8: Bloodlines. Part 1
  • Step 9: Bloodlines. Part 2

The 5th course of the Main Department “Liberation of Consciousness” – The Buddhic Body consists of 8 steps:

  • Step 1: Basic Course – 6 days
  • Step 2: Working with the core of the system
  • Step 3: Working with the body of the system
  • Step 4: Working with the living space of the system
  • Step 5: Working with the dead space of the system
  • Step 6: Formation of a personal egregore
  • Step 7: The egregorial system of the world. Agreements and the search for one’s God.
  • Step 8: Goal setting through the personal egregore

The 6th Course of the Main Department “Liberation of Consciousness” – The Currents of Forces consists of 8 steps:

  • Step 1: Basic Course – 3 days
  • Step 2: The  Current of Health
  • Step 3: The  Current of Money
  • Step 4: The  Current of Luck
