The Menshikova School offers the following types of education:

Self-Paced Study Using Recordings from the Store

You may study independently by purchasing the specially prepared recorded classes designed for students who prefer this format.

Advantages: freedom from the school’s class schedule, the ability to progress at your own pace

Disadvantages: no “live interaction” with the master and/or school mentors and only one-way communication. However, you may compensate for this by participating in club sessions. You can also ask questions on the school forum.

Studying Online in a Group with a Mentor Following the Schedule

You may participate in online classes according to the School’s official schedule. All sessions are held online.

Advantages: direct involvement in a group setting, stronger energetic engagement in the learning process,’ live interaction” with the mentor, the opportunity to ask questions during class.
Disadvantages: dependence on the class schedule, dependence on the quality of your internet connection, potentially significant time-zone differences.
