To our great luck, our school is a learning place for both the light ones and the dark ones; we don’t dwell on the difference. Because we have the opportunity to give advice to both of them, for we know that if one of them is missing then there wouldn’t be space for the other one. Therefore, colleagues, you are not enemies to one another. It’s all good. All good. You are opposing one another, you are rivals. And it is for the simple reason that you exist that there is a development of anything at all.
