Store Orders: From Placement to Delivery
Placing an Order in the Menshikova School Store
The Store section is available on the website’s home page. You can also use the link.
1.Before placing an order, carefully review the Store policy and select the currency in which your order will be processed. Also, be sure to thoroughly check and update your full mailing address in the Personal Data section of your Personal Account.
2.After selecting the items you need and adding them to the cart, you may proceed to checkout.
Go to the Cart section. Carefully review the product names, quantities, prices, and payment currency, then click the “Place Order” button.
If your order includes items that require postal delivery, a window will appear prompting you to verify your mailing address details.
3.After the order is placed, the system will redirect you to the Orders section, where your full order history is displayed and the new order appears.
You will also receive an email containing your order number and a list of the ordered items.
If you did not receive the email, or if you did receive it but the provided payment details are not suitable for you, please contact the Store at: admin@mageschool.store
4.Everything has been completed successfully: the order has been placed; you have received an email with the order number and itemized contents; you have received the payment details and completed the payment.
5-The next step is to notify the Store of the payment by replying to the email containing the payment details and attaching the payment receipt.
After your payment is received, you will receive an email from the Store within 1–2 business days confirming the payment, followed by a separate email with instructions on how to access your files or receive your items.
Please note that if physical items are shipped by mail, the tracking number may be sent within up to one week, as shipments are not dispatched daily. If you do not receive a tracking email within one week, please contact the Store at admin@mageschool.store
