Elder Futhark — Runes Department
This course involves the study of the 24 runes of the Elder Futhark and unfolds in several stages:
First Ætt — Inherent Powers
The First Ætt reveals what is given to a person at birth — the qualities originally embedded within, which must be recognized and manifested. It includes the alignment of one’s consciousness with the informational channel of runic magic.
The eight runes of the First Ætt represent these primordial powers. Each will be awakened sequentially, without ever disrupting their inherent order, for each rune arises from the one preceding it. Every new quality of consciousness can be born only when a proper foundation — a primary cause — has been established.

Second Ætt — The Qualities That Must Be Recognized and Developed
The Second Ætt describes the qualities and characteristics that a person must consciously cultivate throughout life and express in real-world situations. This stage provides the tools and skills necessary for transforming consciousness.
By comprehending the deeper meaning of the eight runes of the Second Ætt, students gradually develop the qualities and knowledge required to live effectively in this world. In understanding the world, you come to understand yourself within it — and it within you. By cultivating inner qualities of consciousness, you begin to attune the surrounding world to yourself and learn to achieve tangible results here, in this reality.

Third Ætt — The Ability to Achieve Results.
The Third Ætt is pivotal and unifies the first two.
It describes a person’s purpose and the means of recognizing and expressing it through concrete life results. It provides the opportunity to transfer inner transformation into the external world and establish a firm connection between the two.
The next eight runes teach the method of achieving results — eight runes, eight methods, eight goals, eight outcomes. The Third Ætt crowns the Elder Futhark, logically extending and completing the powers already understood and the skills already acquired.
Stage includes: 8 runes + Final lesson
During the final session, all runes are unified into a single network. In this integration, the development of any additional quality within one rune automatically influences the qualities of all others, resulting in a recalibration of one’s destiny program.
The completion of Course 1 culminates in Initiation into Runic Magic, which always takes the form of a ritual — a rite of presentation to the Gods of the Northern Tradition. This is a deeply mystical act, marking the moment when each student transitions from collective study to an individual path of development.

Admission Requirements for Course 1 of the Runes Department:
Minimum Requirements: Completion of Course 2 of the Main Department.
NB: Admission to the Initiation is granted only to students who have completed Course 1 of Runes within the school (either in an online group or independently through the recorded lessons). Those who have studied runes independently through Menshikova’s book, in other schools, or with other teachers are not admitted to the Initiation.
