This is an additional lesson that is a part of the 1st course of the main department “Liberation of consciousness”. The search for one’s totem takes place in the Etheric Plane — in the realm where the perceptions of all living creatures that exist or live on this planet can be found.
The human body is designed in such a way that, theoretically, it should not be sick. The mechanism of automatic correction of “system problems” is built into the body initially. Ideally (as so conceived), it should adjust itself without distracting the owner from more important things. But under the influence of the environment and prolonged stress, this system can fail.
The Ad Libitum Department consists of workshops and lectures that don’t require any prerequisite knowledge or skills. It would be appropriate for those who have not yet started their studies in the Menshikova School and for those who would like to deepen their knowledge that has been acquired through the studies in the Main Department.
The Menshikova School holds different types of meeting in the form of discussions on specific topics. It is a possibility for free communication of students on the topics of education in the Menshikova School, magic and esoterics. It’s an opportunity to get answers to your questions from the mentors of the School.
The world view of a person is shaped by his mental constructs. A mage has to create his own worldview, so he has to create his own mental constructs, rather than using ready-made ones from the human world (simpler does not mean better in this case).
Knowing the structure and principles of programming the mental space, students learn not only to extract information from a common information system (library), but also to form programmes that realise their goals in the world of people.

Our school works in the canons of the Western European magical tradition, which includes ancient Druidic and Volhv knowledge, based on the power of the four basic elements: Earth, Fire, Water and Air.
“Liberation of Consciousness” is the main department of our school, where our students acquire the basic skills to control the energies, study the sevenfold structure of human consciousness and learn to work in the energetic and informational realms.
